The registration includes the attendance of talks and poster sessions, as well as coffee breaks, lunch and dinner.
The registration fee can be paid by credit card or TWINT.

If you want to be considered for a 20-minute oral presentation or would like to bring a poster, you can submit an abstract after registering.
Conference fees already paid will be refunded as follows:
No conference fees will be refunded upon cancellation of participation after 30 April 2026. In case of inability to attend the conference, the participant may be replaced. Cancellation of registration and replacement person information must be send in writing (info@icmse.info) as soon as possible.
